I was born and raised in Rio Grande City, TX. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2001. I then obtained my Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, TX in 2004. I have previously worked for family medicine and family planning clinics, however, for the past 7 years have dedicated myself to the field of Pediatrics.
